Real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, operation, and brokerage.

Since 2008, Eduardo has managed and operated commercial real estate in San Francisco consisting of multi-tenant office, retail, and mixed-use property. In addition, he handles leasing strategy for the portfolio, undertaking the entire process from LOI negotiations, lease document drafting and commentary, and managing tenant improvement projects and deliverables.

As a key principal, he owns and operates a portfolio of multi-family assets in the Bay Area and other growth markets across the US. He continues to pursue value-add and opportunistic projects for himself and investors in in several key markets.

As a broker, Eduardo has completed over 150 transactions equating to over $100MM in value. His advisory expertise includes site acquisitions, lease negotiation, relocations, and the purchase and sale of investment real estate assets.
